Nathan Biggar was born and raised in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota and started investing in real estate back in 2008 when the REO market was in full force. He bought and sold a number of homes that he remodeled, and also kept a few as rentals throughout the years. This started during part of his 14-year business banking span at US Bank. He had worked locally with clients in 20 different states as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in US Bank’s Equipment Finance division. His highlight was being recognized nationally as the RSM of the Year in 2010. Nathan decided to expand more into real estate in 2012 by getting his real estate license. By January 2013 he had resigned from US Bank and took on life as a full time Realtor. Since April of 2013, he has individually closed over $25 million in real estate sales (100+ homes), been recognized as a Young Professional Network Top 40 Under 40 Realtor in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and was ranked in the top 1% of the Phoenix area MLS for closed volume in 2015. Nathan says, “I’m looking for Clients for Life. It is not a ‘one and done’ mentality. When we find someone a house, or we sell someone’s house, we want them to feel like they chose the right Realtor and they have no reason to call anyone other than The Valley Group in the future.”
